Using Lens to Submit Work
The easiest way for you to get work in to me is to take a picture of it and email it to me.
Microsoft Office Lens is useful for 3 reasons. It lets you name the photo something useful to me (like "YourNameMathMay7.jpg" instead of "IMG_2798539.jpg") before you send it. It can also save the file as a PDF instead of an image, which makes the file smaller and easier to email. Lens also lets you send the files directly from your LSSD account without emailing it to yourself first.
If you prefer to keep your work organized electronically, you can upload it to OneNote. The app Lens allows you to do this without even opening OneNote!
I know there is an overwhelming amount of tech being used to support remote learning at the moment. I was skeptical of adding yet another app to the list, but I do find that this streamlines the process of sending work to teachers, especially when I am not accepting emails from student's personal emails. This app uses your LSSD account to send things, so students can use it to send things directly to me if needed.
If you are already working in Microsoft Word, either copy and paste your work into OneNote, or just work in OneNote to begin with.
If you are having technical issues, please email me and we can work something out.
